Plumfolly products are created using a mixed media digital process including AI-assisted image generation, digital collage and editorial curation. Plumfolly is a trading name of Wahgi Collective, ABN 70 367 908 015. All transactions are processed by and all legal obligations rest with the registered entity.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All works published by Plumfolly, including Edition artwork, printable sheets, templates and all associated text and captions, are original creative works protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

Your licence

Purchasing or downloading a Plumfolly product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable Personal Use Licence. You may print, cut, crop, layer and combine the artwork in your own projects, as many times as you like. Selling products made with the artwork requires a Commercial Creator Licence. Full terms are on the Licensing page, which forms part of these terms.

You may not resell or redistribute the files, upload them to a marketplace, stock site or asset library, or claim the underlying artwork as your own original design.

Unauthorised use, including resale of files or reproduction on print-on-demand platforms without a licence, constitutes copyright infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
