Copyright & Intellectual Property

All works published by Plumfolly — including but not limited to Specimen Series illustrations, Director Series asset packs, Studio Series templates, and all associated text, Latin binomials, captions, and classification copy — are original creative works protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

Purchasing a Plumfolly product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, modify, or use any Plumfolly work for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Plumfolly works are created through an original mixed media process involving digital collage, art direction, and editorial curation. The creative output, visual identity, and classification system are the intellectual property of the artist.
