Refund policy

All Plumfolly products are digital downloads and are final sale. Because the files are delivered immediately, we don't accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for a change of mind once a file has been delivered.

If a file is faulty, won't open or isn't what the listing described, email hello@plumfolly.com.au within 30 days of purchase and we'll reply within 2 business days. We'll fix it, replace it or refund you.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
