Refund policy

All digital downloads are final sale. Due to the nature of digital files, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us and we will make it right.

Physical items (art prints, apparel) are fulfilled via print-on-demand. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will arrange a replacement.
